It was a special evening that shone a spotlight on the dedication, skill and compassion shown every day across our homes and we are delighted to share that Dinesh Francis, Home Manager at TLC Carlton Court Care Home, was awarded Care Home Manager of the Year!
Dinesh’s award is a fantastic recognition of his leadership, warmth and commitment to residents, families and team members at Carlton Court. Under his guidance, the home continues to provide exceptional, person-centred care in an environment where residents feel truly at home.
This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Dinesh, but also a proud moment for Carlton Court and the wider TLC Care family.

Their nominations highlight the strength, talent and heart within our homes, from care and nursing, to hospitality, lifestyle and support teams. Being shortlisted at a national level is an achievement in itself and a clear reflection of the outstanding work they do every day to enrich the lives of our residents.
