Our homes are led by experienced Home Managers with proven industry track records. They will be responsible for all aspects of your care from nursing, to dining, activities and housekeeping. Reporting to them will be the heads of department who are highly skilled in their individual fields.
This management structure is typical of a TLC Care Home, however, some homes may vary dependent upon operational needs.
