In July 2022, I was promoted as the Home Manager at Camberley Manor. I have always had a passion for elderly care. I love the family feel here at TLC Care as they give me the ongoing support to deliver person-centred care for all our residents. My aim is to ensure that our residents are always surrounded by the teams caring nature so that they feel secure in their own home.

Care Services Manager
I have worked in the care sector for over 40 years having started work as an activities coordinator in my home country of Scotland. I then started my carer as a care assistant and senior carer in hospitals and care homes.
I took a career break when I had my twins and studied for the Higher Social Care Programme in Edinburgh as a mature student, it was here I was diagnosed with Dyslexia and took part in a programme for those over 40 in education. Ten years ago I moved to England as a team leader and progressed to Care Services Manager and then home manager.
I joined TLC Care in 2017 as Regional Support Manager before progressing to Learning and Development Coach and am now back in a role I have a great passion for, Care Services Manager at Camberley Manor. I am very passionate about care and people, and I strive to ensure that our residents are receiving outstanding person-centred care.

Business Development Manager
After 20 years of working within the hospitality industry, I chose a different career path and decided the world of care, especially Dementia, was my next step. I joined TLC Camberley Manor in April 2022 to help develop our relationship with our local community and guide and support individuals in their journeys to find the perfect care homes for their loved ones or themselves.
I am very happy to have joined such an award-winning company and I am looking forward to building relationships with our community and family and residents.
Gabi Biteanu
Hotel Services Manager
My name is Gabi, and I joined the TLC family in 2016 as Wellbeing Lead and am now the Hotel Services Manager. My role is to ensure our residents have the very best customer service from our Dining, Maintenance, Wellbeing and Housekeeping Team. It is so important to me that our residents feel welcome in their home and that their families do too. I am extremely passionate about the standards here at Camberley Manor and that we continuously offer an outstanding service to our residents
Jibils Jose
Finance and HR Manager
I am an experienced finance and HR manager and I have joined the Camberley Manor team as maternity cover. My passion is to provide a seamless service to both residents and relatives, ensuring communication is key. My role is to also support the team members at Camberley Manor within the HR function.
