Totka Zhelyazkova
My background has always been in healthcare since graduating in 1993 as a nurse within Urology and Neurology Departments . I also gained a degree in teaching and spent a few years as a teacher before joining the care home sector in 2001.
Since then I have managed different types of care settings and successfully lead a service to achieve an Outstanding rating by Care Quality Commission.
I joined the TLC group as a home manger at Camberley Manor in January 2021 and I am loving the family atmosphere here. I am very passionate about care and people and I strive to ensure that our residents are receiving outstanding person-cantered care in a safe homely environment.
Jose Pinto
Care Services Manager
I began my career in healthcare as a paramedic in Portugal. I was pleased to progress into elderly care as a specialism when I came to England in 2014 and I have a wealth of experience in the care home sector as a Registered Nurse.
My experience has focused on delivery of resident care through leading and supporting our teams of carers and nurses in high quality personalised care.
I thoroughly enjoy the ongoing relationships I build with our residents and their families, providing a holistic whole home approach to care and offering families peace of mind, in knowing their loved one is well cared for.
Lloyd Kitchen
Community Development Manager
I started my career in healthcare when I was 19 years old, working in hospital settings for over 10 years in business development. I decided to work at Camberley Manor to build a bridge between the community and the home, working with schools, churches and community groups.
My passion is relationship management and I really enjoy meeting new people, understanding how to help others and making people happy. I use my passion and work extremely closely with all teams, care, wellbeing, catering and hotel services to achieve our common goal of enriching residents’ lives.
Whilst I am not clinical, I strive to work for a business that aspires to be outstanding and that is the level of service TLC seeks to provide all residents and their families.
