Nirali Patel
Hotel Services Manager
I have been at Karuna Manor since day one and have experienced the amazing journey that the team have been on as we strive to achieve outstanding.
I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. You meet various personalities, whether it be residents, relatives or team members and they all have their own story. They all teach us different things and have helped shape us into better people.
We have learnt to listen, to be kind and compassionate, to put ourselves in other people’s shoes and most of all to accept our weaknesses and find ways to make them into strengths.
Teamwork, Love and dedication is what makes Karuna Manor extra special and unique.
