My name is Manju Bhandari, and I am a qualified nurse with over 14 years of experience in healthcare, particularly within care home settings here in the UK. I am deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care and creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.
As the Home Manager at Kailash Manor Care Home (part of the TLC Group), I oversee the daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and in line with the highest standards of personalised care. I’m proud to lead a diverse and dedicated team, fostering cultural inclusion and encouraging strong, open communication with residents, their families, and community partners.
My approach to leadership is rooted in kindness, respect, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of everyone who calls Kailash Manor home.

I have 6 years experience working in the care sector and am pleased to be a part of the team here at Kailash Manor Care Home. Before coming to Kailash I was working at our sister care Home Karuna Manor.
As the Administration and Finance Manager, I support families and team members with all administrative matters and I enjoy building relationships with our residents and their families. I enjoy working closely with our team and families and am committed to my role and the support it provides to those around me.
