Shelly Prakash

Home Manager

Having completed a diploma in General Nursing from Bangalore, India in 2007 and a Bsc (Hons) in Nursing from the University of West London in 2011. I started my career in the UK as a Health Care Assistant while waiting for my nursing registration.

I then went on to work as a Registered Nurse in 2013 at St.George’s Nursing Home in Cambridge, I was then promoted to Care Manager within the same Company after 2 years. I joined TLC Care as a Care Services Manager for Cherry Hinton Care Home in November 2019 and was then promoted to the Home Manager position. I then moved across to become Home Manager of Cambridge Manor.

I am extremely passionate about looking after our elderly residents.

Aga Clark

Business Development Manager

Aga Clark brings a wealth of expertise to her role in Business Development at Cherry Hinton Care Home, combining her dynamic experience in aerospace and design consultancy with a strong background in key account management, operations management, and facilities and office management. Her career spans diverse roles, showcasing her ability to foster meaningful client relationships, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service. Aga’s strategic mindset and organisational skills are pivotal in enhancing Cherry Hinton’s care offerings and establishing strong partnerships within the community.

Sujamole Mathai

Care Services Manager

Sujamole is the Care Services Manager at Cambridge Manor, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of residents. With a compassionate approach and extensive experience in the care sector, she leads her team with professionalism and empathy. Sujamole is committed to maintaining high standards of care, fostering a supportive environment for both residents and team members. Her leadership plays a key role in upholding Cambridge Manor’s reputation for excellence in person-centred care.

Martin Ogwang

Hotel Services Manager

I have 20 years of experience working in the care sector. I joined the TLC Care family in 2009 and worked in different roles at the Support Office and care homes. I have worked with brilliant mentors within the company and have learnt so much along the way.

As a Hotel Services Manager, I am responsible for managing and delivering outstanding hotel services provided to our residents, based on their interests and needs.

When I am not with residents, I am passionate about learning and development and always enjoy supporting our team members with their training needs.

Dilushani Jayalath

Bussiness Support Manager

I started my journey in the year 2022 with our sister home, TLC Kailash Manor Care Home, as an Administrative Assistant and have since grown into my current role. Today, I manage HR and Finance-related matters within the home, supporting both our team members and residents. I’m an associate member of the CIPD, having completed my Level 5 qualification in HR, and I’m also a certified Mental Health First Aider with MHFA UK. It’s a privilege to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support.

Maria Bonifacio

Clinical Lead

A career in healthcare has allowed me to maintain high standards of practice through audits and appraisals, ensuring carers and nurses work professionally and cater to the preferences of residents. Additionally, I have mentored nurses in the UK and overseas but I have enjoyed most of all, is spending time with residents and their loved ones. I have faced the difficulties of the job and what makes it worthwhile, is hearing positive feedback from residents themselves and their families. Hearing the team at TLC has made an impact on someone’s wellbeing is rewarding.

Ravinder Tyagi

Head Chef

With over 24 years of culinary expertise, I am a seasoned head chef specialising in continental cuisine, including Mexican, French, Italian, and Indian dishes.

My career began in 2000 at the prestigious Burj Al Arab in Dubai, a seven-star hotel. I then honed my skills on cruise liners for four years and spent 15 years at Hilton. In 2022, I joined TLC Care Home Cambridge Manor, where I oversee the food and beverage experience, including IDDSI special requirement meals for residents.

Anna Albia

Customer Service Supervisor

I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which I earned in the Philippines. I began my career immediately after graduating in 2020, working in the hotel industry, where I developed strong customer care, finance, and leadership skills, and gained valuable experience in customer service. 

In 2024, I moved to the United Kingdom to join TLC Care – Cambridge Manor team, where I transitioned into the care sector. I am proud to apply my skills to support residents and colleagues alike, while continuing to enhance my interpersonal and organizational abilities and expand my knowledge in human resources.

I am passionate about delivering excellent service and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment, while continuing to grow within an organisation that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
