TLC Care has a portfolio of eight homes, of which six homes were Hospitality Assured accredited in May 2020. Three of these homes achieved ‘Premier Status’ and were awarded Best and Highest Scoring Newcomer and Most Improved Score.

As of June 2021, the entire TLC Care portfolio achieved ‘World Class Status’ at their first ever group wide assessment in demonstrating recognition of our TLC’s family outstanding hospitality services which make a difference to the lives of our residents every day. TLC Care values its one team approach, reflecting the values of truth, love, and compassion to those within the TLC family and surrounding communities. Having this prestigious status will enable the team to continue evolving the exceptional care quality and delivery and ensure that the residents and their loved ones continue to receive a holistic and blended approach to hospitality services across our portfolio.

Overjoyed with the exceptional accreditation status, the Support Office Team arrived at a respective TLC home on the morning of 5th July to share the wonderful news in person. The teams were overjoyed and gifted a token of appreciation to thank them for continually going over and above to make a positive difference to the lives of our residents, families, and one another. Through working together as one team our homes and Support Office showcased how their contribution to hospitality services enhances, enables, and offers fulfilment through dedication, passion, processes, and meaningful action plans.

It is this sense of pride, commitment and compassion which has driven TLC Care to ‘World Class’ status.
