I have a vast experience in clinical care, specialising in elderly care. I am passionate about supporting my team members and I am most fulfilled when I enjoy spending time with our residents.
My aim is to ensure that our residents are always surrounded by the teams caring nature so that they feel secure in their own home.

I have been living in Harrow since 2001 after I moved from Bristol. I joined our sister care home, Karuna Manor in December 2020 as the Business Development Manager working closely with residents and their families responsible for all the new admissions and enquiries.
In December 2022, I joined the Kailash Manor team and I am very excited to be part of a commissioning team for a brand new care home and I am looking forward to welcoming residents to our beautiful home.
It gives me great pleasure to be able to give the families and residents of Kailash Manor a unique experience.
Being able to converse fully in both Gujarati and English, allows me to communicate with the residents as well as assist them with any requirements or needs they may have.

I have 6 years experience working in the care sector and am pleased to be a part of the team here at Kailash Manor Care Home. Before coming to Kailash I was working at our sister care Home Karuna Manor.
As the Administration and Finance Manager, I support families and team members with all administrative matters and I enjoy building relationships with our residents and their families. I enjoy working closely with our team and families and am committed to my role and the support it provides to those around me.

I come from a finance office support background with 27 years’ worth of experience. As years have flown by, I decided for a change in my career and this was to give something back to the community. I started my role as Head of Entertainment and Activities, and with the support throughout my career development, I can proudly say I am the Hotel Service Manager.
In my job role, I can express my own ideas that are meaningful and beneficial to our residents. It makes me feel important and I have the confidence to perform my job well delivering high standard. Working with, a talented and enthusiastic team of people as well as residents, we have lots of laughs, personally, it’s good for your soul and psychological wellbeing. Every day is a different day, and that’s what makes Kailash Manor such a special place to work in.
