My mother celebrated her ninety-second birthday at Carlton Court last week. We planned a small party and asked for some glasses and plates. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see the staff had decorated the room with balloons, flowers and a big banner. It was a lovely gesture and very typical of how caring, hardworking and empathetic the staff are (and the birthday cake was an additional surprise!). As a family, we are very relaxed knowing how well my mum is being cared for.

My dad required nursing care as an emergency prevention from admission to hospital. Carlton Court have been wonderful and I cannot rate the care provided highly enough. Dad has been treated with exceptionally high standards of care and support. He is never without anything and nothing he asks for is too much.

Both the homes are dedicated to focus on the Hindu religion and follow the transitional celebrations and way of culture. Kailash Manor and Karuna Manor would be the perfect choice for you or your loved one who follows the Hindu faith.
Both of these homes immerse residents in the culture by decorating the premises with authentic artwork from India and supplying the care home with a unique Indian Temple, creating a tranquil area for prayer and meditation. Both homes love to entertain the residents with entertainment, such as an in-house cinema room with high-tech equipment, showing the best Bollywood films. The luxury fine dining restaurant within the homes caters specifically to vegetarian meals to respect the Hindu faith.

My mother is very happy, and she likes it here very much. All the staff are very good, and they look after her very well. My mum is going to celebrate her 100th birthday here.
