I became a part of the TLC family in 2022 as the Hotel Services Manager at Carlton Court Care Home. As such, my main responsibility is to oversee the Dining, Maintenance, Well-being, and Housekeeping Team to ensure that our residents receive exceptional customer service.
I place great emphasis on ensuring that our residents and their families feel at home and warmly welcomed here at Carlton Court. As an individual, I’m very passionate about maintaining our high standards and continuously providing outstanding services to our residents.

Previously I have been an Assistant Manager for supportive living which included managing the home and providing support to residents.
In May 2022 I joined Carlton Court as the Finance and HR Manager and I am excited to bring my experience as well as gain further skills to help provide support to residents and their families.
It is my responsibility to ensure that our back of house runs smoothly to ensure our residents receive the care and attention they deserve every day.
