Join us at Cooperscroft Care Home, situated next door to our home. We are here every month,
to support people living with dementia but also those who are caring for somebody living with dementia. We provide outstanding dementia care with person-centred care along with our dementia library. Contact the home for more information on what is planned for our upcoming Dementia Café.
