Whether you’re an experienced knitter or a beginner, we welcome you to join our Knit & Natter fundraiser. We need your help to make a range of items which will then be sold across the week to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. We will be providing complimentary home-baked cake and hot and cold drinks.

To recognise World Alzheimer’s Day, we are inviting the community into our home to learn about our dementia care and visit our Dementia Library

Silver Sunday is a national day where people of all generations come together to celebrate older people. We will be having an all-things silver party to celebrate with entertainment and refreshments.

An evening of fun with a fireworks display for residents as well as families and friends who wish to attend. Hot drinks and refreshments will be available on the night.

A Remembrance Day service, as well  as a 2-minute silence will be held to honour and remember those who have served and fallen in the armed forces.

We will be providing advice around care home fees and a solicitor will be speaking about acquiring ‘Lasting Powers of Attorney’ and ‘wills’, providing tips, advice, and highlighting the benefits.

We will be having an Elf-themed party with themed decorations and fancy dress to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society
